Eye surgery - must limit my reading and light in the eyes! So I have gravitated to audio books for now but find I like them so much, I might just continue listening to them.
1.
Audio books completed:

by Sue Monk Kidd , Traveling with Pomegranates, a mother-daughter memoir
.

2.
Audio books just borrowed:
The Secret Life of Bees
by Sue Monk Kidd, a novel set in the South.
The Angel's Game by Carlos Ruiz Zafon

, a fantasy, magical realism set in Spain.
Remarkable Creatures: A Novel by Tracy Chevalier, literary fiction by the author of
The Girl with the Pearl Earring
Finger Lickin' Fifteen (Stephanie Plum)

I hope you will be well enough to read soon, but it is good that you have other options while you are waiting.
ReplyDeleteHope you get well soon and continue with the books. Never mind if its audio. You have a good selection of audio books there. Enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteI bet the Hamish books was fun to listen to!!
ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling better soon. I enjoy print books, but I also love audio books. They are great when you want to do things in the house or yard, you can still 'read' a book. I especially like them driving. I don't mind traffic as much listening to a book.
